Default Dts, Dolby digital, Dts-ma?

How do you know what your blu-ray player is decoding or should I say what the movie is playing in.(what type of codec) I actually have a ps3 which can decode all the codecs but how do you know if it is playing in dts-ma or doldy digital and so on. I am new at this, do I just put a movie in and begin play or do I have to tell the machine what i want to watch it in or is it defaulted to whatever the movie was recorded in? Thanks

When you are watching the movie, bring up the pop up menu. From there select which audio option you want, such as PCM, Dolby True HD, DTS-MA, etc. If you want to make sure what the audio option is, you can always press the display button. It will be displayed in the upper right corner.
