Is powerDVD compatible with Windows xp 64-bit version i couldnt find it on the website and i dont wnat to spend money for something that wont work

Yes, I run it on my XP Pro x64 rig. I don't have a Blu-Ray or HD-DVD drive though, so I can not tell you how well it manages HD(CP) playback.
