Just wasted 3 1/2 hours at fry's

I am so Pissed right now and just need to vent to my fellow blu peeps.
This is what happened, Trying to make it short.
Went to Fry's with the whole family and we were on a spending spree(on fry's credit card) My wife wanted to get an HD surround system(well, me too), kids wanted to get quite a few Wii items(finally found the wii fit), I was getting some PS3 games. There were blu movies( about 6), HDMI cable(cheap one), and various other items as there is a crap load of stuff. We spent about 3 and a half hours looking around the store. Spent about an hour just looking at the surround sound system( we picked a 7.1 onkyo HTIB, I think model was 5100)
So we go to check out and that took 20 minutes more becaus ethey ran up the HTIB wrong. My wife hands over her Fry's Electronic card that we got on December 26th to buy our samsung TV.
Invalid card comes up. The clerk re swipes. Invalid card again. There is no logo so she ask if it is visa or what. We do not know, Never used untill now( except the day we opened the account for the TV). Another clerk comes over and tells me this
About 4 or 5 months ago Fry's corporate decided to make ALL Fry's credit cards issued by GECAF to be used to buy ONLY GE products. We were like WTF!!!. We told them that we bought a Samsung TV with it to start the account. He tells me that sinc then that GECAF issued cards are ONLY good for GE stuff and said he was sorry. I said there is no way I just spent 3 and a half hours getting stuff for the family for summer to not be able to get it. He again appologized and that was all he could do. So we left about 1000 worth of merchandise right there on the counter.
We go to customer care and well, they did not care. We understood what happened as all the associates were now telling me what has happened with cards. I asked why did I not get a notice about this. I told them that my wife opened a FRY'S card and it was pretty shitty that her card is now good to ONLY buy GE products. They said that we could open another account with them. I almost lost it right there. I asked them why in the HELL would I do this again. I already opened a FRY'S account. It sounds like some sort of scam to get people to open more accounts.
Needless to say I, and my whole family, were pissed off and left. Is this BULLSHIT or what!!!
