I cleaned my Blu-Ray disc yesterday using a lint free cloth and normal cd/DVD spray, work from the inside out, works perfect

I have lens cleaning cloths like those you get from LensCrafters.

I use a homemade lens cleaning solution (similar to what you get from LensCrafters as well it's got alcohol and water and a drop of dishwashing soap in different proportions.)

I use that stuff for my notebook LCD screen, my sunglasses, my projector lenses, and portable device LCD screens, DVD, CDs and Blu Rays. So,...I use it quite a lot.

I tend to clean any Netflix discs I get that come with fingerprints before loading them.

Get a microfibre cloth for LCD screens. Damp one side with water and wipe the disc to get the dried up stuff. Then use the dry side to dry it all.

I wouldn't use paper towels.

Mainly because the scratch the heck out of most things (lenses and CD's... I'm not sure if the blu ray coating is strong enough to not be damaged but I wouldn't risk it.)

I used a tissue once on a lens and put tiny scratches in it and after that I always kept lens cloths handy.

Now,.. I suppose if the paper towel is wet then maybe it's ok but I wouldn't use paper towels due to damage I caused with them in the past.
