Angry faulty sharp BDHP20H blu-ray

can anyone help me my bdhp20h player is not playing all of my blu-ray disks, i get block imagies and then the picture freezes, i have carried out a reset and unpluged it from the power, is thay any software up dates many thanks

No problem with my Sharp BD-HP20A. Perhaps both of you should seek
advice from Sharp Corp itself.

or at least a firmware update is hidden somewhere and should upgraded.

Have you previewed for your specifics player mentioned here and caught by coincidence if an upgrade of firmware is in need before contacting Sharp.
