Circuit City online/shipping? - Blu-ray Forum

I just wanted some opinions on ordering from CC online. I ordered from them over 8 days ago and still haven't received my order. Just wondering if anyone has had any experiences that should deter me from ordering from them again in the future?

i used them twice. once shipping and once pick up. i didn't have a problem at all. did you call them? they are very good <-- my opinion..

What did you order? Sometimes DVDs and BDs get back ordered thus delaying shipment. I usually use Amazon. They seem to be more consistent on their shipping times. Unless you ordered some kind of electronics, then they're pretty reliable about store pick-up.

all i ordered was a few CDs, but since I bought them the day they were released, 6/17/08,and they shipped that same afternoon, it kinda seems funny that I should receive them 2 weeks later.
