Between bitstream and linear PCM setting for audio on my PS3?

Bitsteam = audio sent to receiver to be decoded by the receiver/tv.

Linear PCM = Audio decoded inside PS3 first, then sent to receiver/tv.

...since the PS3 can only decode the Lossless formats, it needs to be set on Linear PCM for these formats.
