Default Help with Hook Up

The Gear:

Yamaha HTR-5760
Klipsch RF-3 II Floorstanding Loudspeaker - Fronts
RC-35 Center
(I'm also using 4 rears - Klipsch SS.5 & the 10" downward firing sub)

The Questions:

Let me preface this by saying that I bought almost all of my equipment without the instructions

A) My front speakers each have 4 of the screw-in ports on the back - 2 highs and 2 lows. For each speaker, I have a monster cable that runs from the dual connection at the receiver to the quad connection on the speaker. However, I noticed that there are spots on my receiver for front right & left plus A and B for each speaker. Are these meant for the high and low setup that my speakers built in? Should I be skipping the monster cable and hooking the wires up individually?

B) My center also has 4 wire screw caps on it. However, there is a gold bridge from the bottom red to the top red and the same with the black. Is it sufficient to run the connection from my receiver to only the bottom connection on the speaker?

C) Lastly...and I know I'm opening up a can of worms.....should I run the center and fronts as large or small on my receiver setup? I know that this is widely debated, but I wanted opinions on my specific setup. I will be using my ears to pick the best after I've gotten everything dialed in, I just was looking for some pros and cons.

Thanks a ton to those who help, your advice is greatly appreciated!!!!
