Help with receiver setup - Blu-ray Forum

Playstation 3
Onkyo TX-SR605
Sony Grand WEGA KDS-55A2000 55-Inch SXRD 1080p
Time Warner HD Cable box

I just got the Onkyo TX-SR605 actually the Onkyo HT-SP908 and I am not sure of the best setup. What do I connect to the receiver? Do I just keep the setup from the cable box to the tv the same or do I need to connect it to my receiver? What about the Playstation? I have no idea what I am doing and any help would be great!

for ps3 use hdmi to receiver, receiver hdmi out to tv. set ps3 to lpcm.

edit: i suggest going through the manual. youll have to assign hdmi ports to different iputs like game, dvd, etc
