LG 47lg60. Thinking of buying, any opinions - Blu-ray Forum

Hey I am thinking of buying the new LG 47lg60 and I was wondering if anybody owned it or if people had any opinions on LG tvs. I have never owned an LG and don't know how they stack up with my usual brand Sony.

The 60 series of LG is the SCARLET line.

i have a 32" LG and it is amazing!!! but i am trying to sell it right now to get a 42"

Well I purchased the 47lg60 and it is freakin nice. I have only had it for a few hours but it looks amazing. I will post a more detailed description once I have given the TV a good test run.

I have the 42lg60fd, Loving it just trying to get it calibrated atm, Not much info out there on that lol.

we have it set up at the store and its a great tv, also consider the samsung 6/7 series tv thats also an amazingly clear tv

the 47LG60FD isn't too bad a tv, but i'd be suggesting the 47LG65YD, or 47LG70YD as they also have the 100Hz.

They are a nice looking tv cosmetically and picture.
Personally i prefer the 65's blue back over the 60's red back.

Price wise though i'd also be looking at the Sharp LC46D83X as it's an excellent tv.
