Drillbit Taylor Problems (PS3) - Blu-ray Forum

Hey all,

I have never ever had a problem with any BD playing on my PS3 before, as I have played about 150 to date. But Drillbit Taylor refuses to play. When I put the disc in, it spends a few seconds reading it, pops up with a Drillbit Taylor icon, and it goes into autoplay. But before the first frame is even displayed on my TV, the PS3 spits the disc right back out. Does anyone else have this problem?

nope... are you updated to the latest firmware?

No problems on a firmware 2.40 60 GB PS3.

That's the problem with PS3 BD players, BD players that are just BD players seem to work well. I haven't heard any complaints about those. I have been hearing a LOT of PS3 BD Playback problems. I suggest calling Sony or the company that released Drillbit Taylor on Blu-Ray.
