Chinese Subtitles for Region A Titles

If the studios wish to get Blu-ray up and running in Chinese speaking areas (it has not taken off in Taiwan) then I suggest that they start adding Chinese subtitles quickly. Of the 139 titles I have, here is the breakdown of percentages of BDs with Chinese subtitles by studio (bear in mind it is Region A we are talking about):

Fox, Columbia and SPHE are the standout studios with the best ratios. Warners, with the most titles are near the bottom.

I agree. I think having Chinese subtitles is quite important (and would be seen as very significant value-added feature for 1.2+ billion Chinese speaking people - it will be a big reason to upgrade from dvd)

btw - do you happen to have a list of all BDs with Chinese subtitles? If so, please post - I hope we can get a running list going

Chinese subtitles are extremely important. I agree with tobytobe, please post a list, would be awesome if we had a list
