Anyone else have the same issue with the missing code? Or know who to contact? I tried finding a 1-800 number but have had no luck as of yet.

You're missing the digital copy or the disc? I don't use the digital copies but as far as the disc goes it was there.

The Code was missing. i just sent an email to Lionsgate hoping to get a reply back soon. Can't find any 1-800 for them either.

Futureshop and they opened 2 other copies and nothing.

If I ever get the damned thing, I will have to check this out. Second amazon BR pre-order in a row that UPS has managed to f up... Hopefully I will be picking it up from them tomorrow (was going to do it today, but my phone conversation with them to double check did not inspire any confidence whatsoever that I would be able to even though I maybe could have). F heads.

Same here -- I bought The Bank Job from Blockbuster and it didn't include the digital copy authorization code (paper insert). The disc is there but it is useless without the code.

I took it back to Blockbuster and they opened all 8 copies they had on the shelf and none of them included the insert with the code.

I've emailed the appropriate support people but haven't even received an acknowledgement of my email let alone a replacement code.

I got my replacement code via email today.

Still, I'm upset for all the trouble I had to go through including a second trip to the store where I bought the movie to get a replacement (20 mins each way). It would have been easier just to rip the movie on my computer.

I had this problem with Aliens VS. Predator: Requiem, but just contacted 20th Century Fox and got the disc and the code in the mail 3 days later.

I had the same problem with Requim and they advised me to return to sender.. what jerks!

Ah that explains it, I had a code for The Bank Job but not for Rambo... I though I threw it out by mistake...

Anyway, I don't think I'm gonna use it but if it's supposed to be there!
