Default Eureka Season 3

Eureka returns to the Sci-Fi channel for it's 3rd season on July 29th at 9pm EST. The show is a wonderful mix of humor with some nice sci-fi thrown in. I highly recommend it if you have never watched it.

There are 2 Eureka marathons coming up as well. One is on this Sunday and the other is on the 29th in case anyone is interested. Enjoy!

Yeah, go figure that. My wife and I have always wondered they've managed to turn out series like this. Anyone here remember Flash Gordon or The Dresden Files, which though cancelled now were still quite good.

Love Eureka, I also loved the Dresden files. The Flash Gordan series was a bit iffy. Hope Eureka stays around awhile though. There was another mini series called the Lost Room that I wished they would turn into a series also.

That worked on me. Saw one of the marathons and was hooked on the show. Even when I really like a TV show I usually still miss quite a few of the episodes though so I'll definitely check out the upcoming marathons. Hopefully it's not just for season 1 since I bought that on DVD already. Anyway, thanks for the heads-up.

There was always talk that was going to be a series, but it never materialized. Very disappointing.

In case anyone is interested, Sci-Fi channel has a Eureka marathon running most of the day (there's another one on Tuesday). Might be a good way to get caught up and at least see the season finale before the new episode airs on Tuesday.

Looking forward to it. This will be the first season that I get to watch it in hi-def.

I've been looking forward to season 3 for a while. Now I just need to pick up S2 on DVD at some point.

Tonight's the night for the season 3 premiere. There's another marathon going on today leading up to the opener.

On another note, I think these Made in Eureka commercials are great. My wife actually got fooled for a moment by the Snatch-It one.

Cheers!

Did anyone else enjoy the season premiere last night? I actually watched that AND the finale from last season. It's nice to be seeing some expanded views of the town finally. The Cafe Diem storeroom scene was funny as Hell.

It looks like Frances Fisher will be joining the cast for a while, and I'm guessing she has the usual nefarious plans that temporary cast members have.

During the commercial breaks, I saw that Lost is making its way to Sci-Fi this September, in HD too. All good things.

Eureka stays interesting! I love this show! It's got the long story arcs, and the small self contained stories every episode, so casual viewers can watch it, and avid fans still get the connecting pieces every episode.

I'm a big fan! I love the quirkiness. I'm on vacation so I missed the S3 premier last night (no sci-fi where we're staying). Hopefully my DVR picked it up!

Unless I'm mistaken, it's possible to watch all of the Sci-Fi series on their website. So, you should be ok.
