Ebay - Need Experienced Users Help

So I just logged into my ebay account and it is suspended. All of my listings have been removed and I cannot access any of my info. The credit card I had on file with them had expired so I had overdue fees. I payed them in full with my new card and my account is still suspended... It now says the following..

We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended due to the violation of our site policy below:

* Interfering with eBay's site and/or operations - The deliberate use of any device, software, routine, or activity to interfere or attempt to interfere with any of eBay's operations.

Due to the suspension of this account, please be advised you are prohibited from using eBay in any way including registering a new account.

Please note that any seller fees due to eBay will immediately become due and payable. eBay will charge any amounts you have not previously disputed to the billing method currently on file.

Is this still referring to my overdue fees? If it isn't I have no idea what I would be suspended for. This is driving me crazy as I had my iPhone listed and now I will be out the listing fees and just the hassle of listing it again. I emailed ebay 24hrs. ago and I still have not received a response.

If anyone can offer any insight into this situation I'd appreciate it. I think I'm done selling on ebay for a WHILE. I'm tired of their frivolous policies.
