Ok Rip, why are you getting rid of your brand new 82's and whay are you wanting to get now Please don't say the Vienna Acoustics (I wouldn't blame you if you did though I would actually applaud you) . Did the Klipsch lose their magic, or do you want the newest Icon models? This is a very fast turnaround on speakers!

I know they are not Bostons but geeez! What gives this quickly ? I hope that you feel great since everyone spent so much time offering their opinions .

OH DONT GET ME WRONG BRO!, I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING EVERYONE HAS TOLD ME, I LOVE THE 82's, but it was just that by the time that I bought them they were in the process of being phased out to the W-Series, and the Icon Series. The W-35's sound, isnt that much different, but the look is whole lot different. I love the 82's don't get me wrong, That's why I wanted peoples opinions. DONT KILL ME NOW GUYS

I haven't had an opprotunity to hear them yet (I may take a ride to P'cola and check them out at All Pro Sound). I've heard good things about them. Take a listen, and tell me what you think (looks wise they're gorgeous - not sure if any of the newer Klipsch have the umph of the Heritage series though). I'm very satisfied with my system now added an M-80 on the fronts and whoaaaa did my sound stage ever get huge (move one of my mx830's to rear channel duty)! It was already good, but man - I remember why I bought a M-80 years ago in the first place!

I am sure they are, but for the pair, that's $500 plus shipping. Sometimes really great deals come by with bad timing.
It's just been a little tight lately so I am not sure I can afford these, but I will see what I can do.

I would probably buy them if it wasn't for shipping. It will cost you minimum $100 to ship those beasts. I have the 62's and would love to upgrade myself.

I have heard Klipsch but never owned them. I would have bought them just to try them out, IF the new series weren't so damn sexy looking. I always thought Klipsch were some of the ugliest speakers made. They must have gotten italians to design the new line . Ebay them. You will get far more eyes than you do here, especially locally.
