Wipeout HD - Any Clues? - Blu-ray Forum

This game has been set for release - for a while now. Still, no dates. Anyone have any ideas?? This is actually the only game I want to play on the ps3. Lol.

Some weird Technical problems have been mentionned recently, but given that WipEout HD is a SCEE (Liverpool) game, my bet is on a Liepzig anouncement (August 20ish)

It was delayed right after the playstation update that allowed the use of in-game music and trophies. Wipeout has not specifically said that they are including these but that we can expect something relating to one or both of the new updates. I think they may have been adding two player off-line as well.

Interesting. Seems that there is always a hitch preventing this game from releasing. Ugh.

I have no idea. But I guess it has potential to cause epilepsy, therefore it failed the test.
Again, that's what I heard. I am looking forward to playing this game though.

Lol, most all games can do that. Hmm. Oh well. Maybe it will come out before -09

Lol, I read the epilepsy responses and agree with the majority. Slap the seizure notice on it and release it already. It's like a blind person complaining that they can't play video games and they sue the company because of it. Umm. ok. People with epilepsy should NOT be playing games that can cause it. Period.

I just hope they keep the same sweet techno soundtracks from the original PSOne games. I just wanna drop E and party like it's 1997 again!

I agree, the soundtrack was amazing. This one will be equally amazing with songs from Kraftwerk, and Ed Rush... I hope they have custom soundtracks too, I'd like to play some of my own old skool techno tracks on it.
