Just got an email saying Amazon is now taking pre-orders on Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull:

List price is $39.99, and Amazon's price is $27.95. There is currently no release date listed.

The only one I saw was "Indy 4 and TDK dated for Europe (France)". I didn't think this would be an update to that thread since this is about it being made available for pre-order on the U.S. Amazon site.

Might pick this up when it becomes used and cheap. Reviews were not so good and the trailer was so so.

Looking at the Amazon link above, it is interesting that the Amazon price for the Blu-ray ($27.95) is cheaper than the DVD ($27.99). I'm sure that will change before the release date,

The price for the DVD is probably wrong. $27.95 sounds about right for BD. Still we have not had an official confirmation from Paramount.

This movie was such a big, big disappointment imo. I'll likely Netflix this one and wait for it to sell for less than 20 bucks on Amazon before purchasing...unless all of the Indy movies come out on Blu with this release then I'll be a happy camper!
