Default Panasonic Viera 800u "Break in" DVD question

I have some Q's about this set when first watching Blu Rays and playing ps3/xbox360. I have heard that you are suppose to "Break in" the set for 100 to 200hrs. Does this mean leavin it on for that period or time? or in a month or so just wacthing Blu rays and HD content should work? I saw that there is a DVD that you use that helps this process. Where do u find or download this DVD? PLEASE HELP ME i need to know for the best possible picture and no IR(image retention)
