Default New Speaker's - KLIPSCH -

We'll i just upgraded my speaker's , And all I can say is I'm a very happy camper.

BEFORE-- Klipsch Refference- Fronts = RB -51
Center = RC -10
Surround = RS -10
Sub-W = RW-10

NOW-- Klipsch Reffrence - Fronts = RF-82Towers
Center = RC-62
Surround = RS- 42
Sub-W = RW-10

But next =i just ordered the RC- 64 Center Channel this is going to be scary..

This new set up is like awsome . the sound is mind blowing , Put in Top Gun & Lost Boys and man what can I say . But the best so far has been HITMAN and AVP II , also just watched the Mummy Returns ..

If your a Klipsch fan this is one heck of a set up , the sound is like perfect .

Glad to hear your loving it! How long have you had the RC-62? Any particular reason for bumping up to the RC-64?

thanks for the reply , actually when I went to buy the new set up , i was going to go with the RC-64 ,but the dealer sold his one he had in stock two days brfore , so I went with the RC -62 . Its a heck of an upgrade but I was still wanting the 64 so I had him order me one. I had the 62 for about two weeks . Plus I really wanted a center channel below the TV . as with the 62 it had to go on top of the cabinet , not really were I wanted it lol..

Sorry man I did'nt get to buy mine at Best Buy , as i deal with a local Hi Fi shop , & been doing deals there for some time the owner knows mee well and I traded all my old system in on the new system , He's really fair on trading up, actually I ended up getting more cash out of them that I payed for them . towards the new setup . Also the RC- 62 will be traded in on the RC-64 and I get the full amount off the RC-64 , which is great . As for Best Buy I have 4 syores within 80 miles of me , but none are a Mag. store. so no deals there. Also I prefer to buy my high end stuff like Klipsch & Marantz EQ from Hi Fi shops I have 3 in the area I deal with , thanks for the reply .

awesome setup man. I have the setup from class below. RC-52, RB-51(fronts) and RS-42 (surrounds) and it's just great on all fronts. I can only imagine how good the floorstands are

Thanks man , for the congrats, I deal with three local Hi Fi shops and I know all the owners . They have always done me right. Thats why i like the Mom & Pop shops versa'es the big box retailers for EQ. The one shop that I have dealing the owner is really cool , & great about upgrading , so when I decided to upgrade the speaker's he really gave me a good deal trading in my old setup. Like I said before I actually got more than I payed for my trade in's, it worked that way because I got some sweet deals on them from the start. Also I have been spending all my money at his shop , Just upgraded to the Maranz SR- 7002 and ordered the BD-8002 from him , Again traded in my old Marantz system towards them too. Recv, DVD & CD . Plus sony Blur ray , so all in all I keep giving him my cash....LOL

PS yes I'm loving it also ...

Funny you say that , because I hade the RB-51 before and they rocked. Also the RC-10 center & RS-10 surrounds, I thought it was a awsome little system. But I dont know what happened to me , I upgraded my recv. than ordered my blu ray both Marantz, I took a pause & listen'ed to the RF-82 one day at the shop . That left a hole in my head and thought about them alot tried to figure away to buy them , one thing lead to another & bamm it happened, so sometimes things just work out , don't know how but do LOL and i sitting back enjoying them, as for the 1st time after I got things setup I played Top Gun in the new Sony BDP-S350 with DTS master audio & Dolby True HD , on the 82's WOW,, It was breathtaking. unreal, man I could'nt belive I waited so long. The seperation was amazing & the surrounds kiked in and the difference is hard to put in words, Very happy boy ..LOL..

So far my wife is ok with this.. we'll see how long that lasts... A new receiver is in the cards sometime down the road, maybe 2 more speakers when more 7.1 discs come out.

Whats up sandman. congrats dude. My eyes have barely been open to Klipsch so I'm trying to learn all i can about them. Sorry if this is a no brainier but sometimes it takes me a while to pick up all the abbreviations. So I'm guessing they are all "Klipsch Reffrence" Front/Center/surround/woofer correct?? I am ready to drop some cash for my system but want to learn all I can first
