Sanyo Z3000 - Blu-ray Forum

I have been holding off upgrading my projector to 1080p till the Z3000 comes out which looks likely to happen in the next few months. I have found an Australian website which lists some specs but no price. http://www.ausmedia.com.au/sanyo_z3000.htm
Im guessing the price is going to be around the £1500 mark. As soon as it goes on sale in the UK im going to be getting one

MSRP is listed as $4,500 AUS. I believe

That comes in at about £2000 which for the spec is still good but thought it would be slightly less. Still worthy of a purchase though

Sanyo will likely have a running Mail In Rebate, running forever. They started the oen for the Z2000 in November and it's still going (500$CAD - 600$US rebate)

I am really interested in this projector as well. If price is $2500 or less, i will be getting it! If it is priced higher here in the US, i might jump on the Z2000 with its great rebates.

the new projector will be replacing my Infocus Screenplay 100 (circa '02). talk about ancient. it has served me well, but its time to get something brighter, quieter, and of course 1080p!
