Need B&W speaker advice - Blu-ray Forum

I am considering buying new home theater speakers.
The brand has been selected: Bowers & Wilkins

But I am still in doubt as to which set I should purchase,
any advice on differences between these two sets, or which one is the better one would be greatly appreciated.

The 683's will have a little more even soundfield, but I'd listen to both before deciding.... You can't order them online anyways, so it looks like you need to take a trip to your local HT store

For what it's worth, I have 705's right now (I say that b/c I will eventually upgrade

) and their sound is phenomenal for a bookshelf speaker...
