Dish and DirecTV, satellites - Blu-ray Forum

Does anyone know if Dish and Direct satellites face the same way? I'm thinking about getting dish and would like to know. I can't get direct because their are too many trees in my way. Please let me know

I have Directv and a dish sattellite installed at my house.... they face opposite of each other.

depends were you are located and the locations of the satellites in orbit it's going to feed off. for example, where i live (NJ), both point south to south west..

which do you like better?? I have to stick with DTV for the NFL package
