Jurassic Park series. - Blu-ray Forum

Has anyone found or heard anything about the Jurassic Park series. I think it would be an insane BD collection. Uncompressed PCM and stunning visuals.

Nope, I'm totally waiting for JP on Blu though. That is gonna pwn to a totally new dimension.

The first two DVD versions have standard Dolby Digital 5.1, and the third has DTS 5.1 as well. PCM would be so amazing... *drool*

I can't wait for the First jurassic park movie but if the trilogy is cheap enough I would pick up all three. Those three with DTS-HD MA 5.1 (would like 7.1) would sound great.

Unfortunatly people asking about the LPCM track I seriously doubt it would happen since so far every universal movie has be DTS-HD MA.

Wrong, Lord Angellos - the first two have DTS 5.1 versions as well - just have to know what versions to get,

And them being Universal titles, yes, we will be getting DTS-HD MA.

Well they are supose to be working on a four and I hope by the time it is finished and out on blue, they'll do a 4 disc set with all 4 movies.

I'm watching the first Jurassic Park on the SciFi channel in HD (DirecTV in southern California)

I gotta tell ya, not much grain and very, VERY consistent. I'm more than impressed.

Exactly my thoughts, I'd rather wait for the fourth installment so that the box set be complete instead of a three films box set

Its on my wish list for sure. Hopefully they come in a box set when it is done with good extras.
