I just found some avalible at the local HMV for $2 each, plus they're the type with the little locking thing on the side, and the molded- BD logo (as opposed to the simple painted ones most studios use).

I had to tear apart my blu-ray cover for "there will be blood" turns out when i bought it earlier that day the stupid people at xtravision forgot to take out this metal tag that goes right through the center of the case and locks it..and i only found this out at like 9 pm that night and the store is 30 minutes away so i ripped the blu-ray cover apart, and had to use pliers to prize the disc out...i now have it stored in a plastic sleeve.

Best Buy still has the Hancock Preview Disc, which is now 2/.01, I picked up 10 yesterday.

sucks cause my local best buy got rid of them... oh well.. sleevetown it is..
