i just bought the bx1, a rebadged sony s350 at costcos, $378, and comes with the hdmi calbe.... i agree with above thread,,,its a great machine ,, blu ray has so much bettter pic,,,you will be amazed and very glad you spent the money if you want to watch movies in its best form.

The price on Amazon had been slowly lessening about a dollar every few hours for the past several days. I checked yesterday evening and it was at something like $319. I assumed it would continue in this fashion until it hit the expected $299 mark, but now, it's back to $354. What gives?

Isn't this model on sale at BestBuy this week for 399?

I guess that's not much of a sale price if they're going to be dropping it another hundred bucks later this month.

Does anyone when the price drop will occur?

I bought the S350 at Circuit City on 8/18 and I am hoping it will be before the middle of the month so I can get some money back.
