Default ps3.. No, LCD image burn! Help please!

So i recently noticed that during DVD/BD playback, images will slightly burn into my HDTV. The burn is very fast and usually only happens during black transitions. It's really apparent during things like the I Am Legend trailer or the new GofW 3 trailer. It also happened while I was playing DMC4. It appears as if there is a almost transparent "blanket" of some sort across the image. I'm running through 720p and it's not m tv or hdmi cable cause i've compared with my roommates ps3 and he has no issues. Has anyone had any similar problems?? Please any feedback will be helpful. Thanks
