Can't Hardly Wait...For the Blu on 9/30 - Blu-ray Forum

In all the Iron Man / Forgetting Sarah Marshall love on 9/30, I have heard barely anything about Can't Hardly Wait making it's Blu debut that same day. Is anyone else excited about this one? I remember this being one of my first batch of DVD purchases back in '99, and have always thought it was a good teen film that held up well over the years. I see it's being billed as the "Ten Year Reunion" Edition, but can't find anything on potential specs for extras, etc. Anyway, I thought this one deserved some love. I know it's a must buy for me!

ill be picking this up. i really liked this movie. i seen it in the theater when it came out. and i think ethan embry should be in more movies.

I actually enjoyed this movie a lot. It was pretty funny and somewhat true to life... aside from the fairy tale ending. But I think everyone could relate to at least one of the characters in the movie. Although I worry about anyone who relates to the guy trying to make out with his cousin... I don't care if she is as gorgeous as Jennifer Love Hewit.

I am not sure about anyone else's high school experience, but the hottest girl in school never - ever - got with the nice guy. Always the jock ass holes. It was in college that it happen because they realized that being an All-Conference Shortstop didn't mean squat, the smart guys with good GPAs and manners would make the most money.

I totally agree with you, more than a tad creepy. Yeah, there's a lot of archtypes thrown in and I do feel almost everyone can find someone to latch onto. Seth Green is a riot too.

Such a shame we never did get to hear what would have been the brillant musical stylings of Love Burger.....

I put in my preorder for this when it was first announced. I think the movie is great and very underrated. I hope the 'reunion' edition has some good extras. Gotta love the 19.95 suggested retail price too
