is setting up a proj hard?

i bought a package deal from a place called projectionguys.com i bought the panny ae2000u projector and the package came with a 106" elite grey screen and a mustang flush ceiling mount. now my plan was to mount the screen on the wall then mount the ceiling mount. run the wires across the ceiling and drilling a hole that leads to a closet where all the equipment is. dosnt seem too hard, im not an idiot. well i went to tweeter today asking their opinions on wires for the speakers. then i asked him bought mounting a projector and he just went on to say how its very difficult and it can be tricky and all that good stuff. then i got all discouraged , i asked him how much they charge to do it all and they would charge 700 and somthing. well thats alil pricey. any suggestions guys? is it really that hard?
