Before I ask, I want to really thank all of you, for sharing your knowledge and experience with everyone. It's truly been a big help and a great resource.
Now, I have a very limited budget for a set-up and saving up really isn't an option, unless I want to save for 3 years. Kids/Family can do that to a person. Anyway, I was able to spring for an Onkyo 605 and the Yamaha NS-SP1800 speaker set. This is my first venture into this area and as fun as it is, I'm still a novice. I will be wall mounting the 4 satellite speakers but my question is about the L/R front speakers. What is the general opinion on this: should I mount the L/R speakers on an actual mount/bracket or is flush against the wall (courtesy of 2 screws placed in said wall) preferable? |
