Really? No CGI in "The Fall"? Possible Spoilers

I can beleive this for the most part but there are a few scenes that I just can't beleive had no CGI. The body map and the bloody sheet. I know the sheet itself was real but the way the blood moves had to be computer generated.

I need to watch the movie again with the commentary track, I read Tarsem goes into detail about some locations.

BTW, anyone know where Butterfly reef is? I want to go snorkeling there!

Here's parts of an interview with Tarsem where he says that CGI was used but only to clean up scenes, remove wire and other small things. The locations and all the major effects were not CGI.
