bic dv62si or polk monitor 50s?

I'm looking into upgrading (buying a new one i guess) my home theater system, so far i have a Samsung HT-x50 (subwoofer makes weird noises and the receiver doesnt have enough inputs for what i need..plus the speakers suck) and im looking into buying a Sony STRDG720 receiver and either bic dv62si for the L/R's or Polk Monitor 30's.

I'm only 15 so i dont need an amazing home theater system, i just cant stand what i have and only have a little over $200 to spend on the L/R and center speakers (im going to buy the surrounds in a few months, i dont want to be poor lol). im planning on buying the receiver and speakers on friday, so any help is great.
