I do...though Fincher's movies rarely get any kind of award consideration. I'm not sure why that is, being that Se7en is a near-perfect thriller and Fight Club ranks as one of the best book-to-film adaptations of this generation.

Academy voters are far too squeamish. They refuse to take a chance on something truly dark.

Still, I expect this film to be on most critics' 10 Best of 2008 lists come the new year. No pressure, Fincher.

I guess I am the only person that watched the original five minute trailer that has been shown in theaters, and both times felt that the trailer had lasted two hours? I can't imagine sitting through the movie in that case. I'll probably look at my watch every 5 minutes, and think an entire day has gone by. I admit it's an interesting premise, but again, the trailer is SOOO slow. I'd rather go see the Soloist, even though it's been done a hundred times before.....

Been looking forward to this, interesting storyline and pretty cool SFX - thats Brad Pitt the whole time.

I'm expecting lots of Oscar buzz go up for this movie and I know Pitt is highly expected to win Best Actor for this. Cate Blanchett, Tilda Swinton and Taraji Henson are also in the running for some Oscars.

It does look weird, I was oddly creeped out but very intrigued at the same time. Am I the only one who thinks this looks like Pitt's most serious movie?

Its my most anticipated movie for Christmas time.
