Default The Universe - Season 1 - delayed?

While this site still has it projected as an October 14th release, Amazon is now showing it at November 18th. Anyone have any info on this?

Any update on this? I searched around the main online retailers and found...

Blu-ray.com: Oct 14th
Border's: Oct 14th
Family Video: Oct 14th
Tower: Nov 18th
Amazon: Nov 18th

I'm pretty sure Amazon and Tower are correct on this. They usually are. Which sucks because with a mid-November release date it's doubtful the set will be here in Germany in time for Christmas. Oh well.
