I just heard on the radio that Chinese Democracy CD will be out on November 25th. Wow, talk about finally!

Anyone confirm this?

Oh, the Guns N Roses album. I though you meant the Chinese were going to declare a democracy on the 25th.

Yeah apparently it's true and it will be exclusive through Best Buy which to me MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL!!!

Read it a few times now on various entertainment sites.

Best Buy is like an hour away from me! WTF?!?!??!

says the date is this year and being worked on but many othe sites have said the 25th.

So we shall see...............

PS saw them live on Nov 21, 2006 i think it was and rumors were swirling at the time that the cd was coming out that next day lol... never happened!!! Then they said March 2007... never happened...

really? Didn't hear it was a BB exclusive. I've got one in town and I'll probably pick this one up. The station used to play that single they released, thought it was alright, the hype alone has me intrigued.

I took in the GNR tour last summer and thought they were pretty good. Some of the songs I have heard off the "new" album are pretty good.

Not sure if I'll buy it but it's interesting to see it maybe finally come out.

Yep agreed, new songs are very good, from what I have heard so far. Easy to tell that Axl was the brains in the band all along as anything Slash has done since really was never that great... esp his Snake Pit stuff that is very crappy compared to GnR.

Good to hear, I've only heard that one song the station played, it was pretty good, looking forward to hearing their entire album. I really like to listen to the entire album first to last about 3-4 times, after that I'll judge whether I like it or not. It's like the newer Tool album is much better played from first to last than just spotty songs.

Now we just need Duke Nukem Forever to be released and the longest waits will finally be over.

What ? Velvet Revolver kicks the new Guns arse ! The first LP especially is a classic, "Spectacle" Oh yeah, and now hopefully they will find a better singer than the junkie... why not... AXL ?

I thought this was an email chain letter guaranteeing democracy for the chinese on November 25th...so long as you forwarded it to 7 people without deleting it, that is.

But the GnR album...I thought Guitar Hero World Tour was going to be the first 'technical' release of the album? Something about all the songs being on the song list, kind of remember reading that.

Don't know about that. I know Metallica's new album is. And the upcoming AC/DC album will be for Rock Band 1 and 2
