Default Motionflow, standard or high.. yer preference
To be honest I had never really messed with this setting and always kept on Standard.. I had read that its best to keep on standard and keep that cinemotion on Auto1

I think older movies look better when turned on High, I was watching TCM and now the Thing. For newer movies I think the picture goes too fast when turned on High.. and I just leave it on Standard
