Problems with my new Blu-Ray drive

PCFan Expert Member Member since:Oct 2008 Trading Score:202	Problems with my new Blu-Ray drive I just bought a Sony Blu-Ray drive for my PC. I don't have an HDCP compliant monitor and tried analog VGA because I couldn't play a Blu-Ray through my DVI connection. First problem I was having was artifacts on the demo disc for a split second before the scene changes. Another problem was stuttering video off and on whlie playing a DVD. I did have stuttering on DVD's before while playing them on my PC but not as bad as this. The Blu-Ray drive came bundled with PowerDVD 7.3. Are the artifacts because I'm not using an HDCP compliant monitor? What about the stuttering on the DVD? Here's my rig: Q9450 CPU 4GB RAM 8800 Ultra Video Card Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit
