How can U tell if a blu-ray movie is BD-J or not?

I was not sure where this thread belongs, so sorry if its not in the right forum.


How can you tell if a blu-ray disc is Java format ?

Reason why I ask is because I am new to blu-ray.

While watching Kill Bill V2 last night I stopped the disc to go
to the bathroom, came back and hit play and it was like I just
loaded the disc, it did not resume where I stopped it.


Did some research and apparantly with Java discs you cannot
stop and resume.


So where on the disc or case can I see that it is a blu-ray java title
or not, then I can just pause it rather then stopping and losing
my place in the film.
