numbers in perspectives:

The highest HD-DVD rank at Amazon UK is Batman Begins at #525
The second highest HD-DVD is one of the Harry Potter at #535
The second highest blu-ray is Into the Blue at #1300 and change
PS3 has not launched in Europe yet....

So considering all of those, it's amazing the power Casino Royale has to help blu-ray penetrate the European market ........and combined that with PS3

And they get 500,000 free Casino Royale with PS3. So it's either they don't know about Casino Royale free with PS3, or they are nut. Possibly both, but that's a good thing .

Well this nut just bought another 3 copies this morning to dish out as gifts

They might not have broadband to register for it either. Although with 500k up for grabs, and 1 million PS3s at launch, they should be available for quite a while.

I expect PS3 to do ~600k first week (record) and maybe 300k to register their PS3..I think the figures for XBL are 40% are registered (paying and non-paying), so 50% would be great.
