PS3 controllers won't charge? - Blu-ray Forum

So neither one of my PS3 controllers will take a charge... their Dualshock3's. My headset however, will take a charge. Ive tried every slot. Is it actually possible that both my brand new Dualshocks are broken?

Try plugging them into the computer and see if that works, or maybe its the cord?

its probably the USB cable that charges them. i have had USB cables randomly go bad on me before. if you can, try using a friend's USB cable to charge your DS3's

What's the source of power? Some USB ports may not provide enough.
