Samsung BD-P1500 Problem - Blu-ray Forum

Hello all.

Just fired up my 1500 for the first time and the remote does not work.
I have tried the "resetting" advice in the manual but no luck (how long is several minuets anyway?). Anybody else have this problem and how did you fix it?

did you check the battery

3 sets of new ones tried!!

I just got mine about a week ago and had no problems with the remote at all. You may need to contact Samsung or go back to where you purchased it from.
