complete series, and it needs to be on blu ray so I can buy it for 500 dollars

This set just came out, I bought seasons 1 and 2 years back and
loved em but I never got around to seeing the rest of em.

I REAAAAAAAAAAALLLY wanna get my hands on The Sopranos 1 - 6 on Blu-ray .. anyone have ANY idea on when it will be released? So far only season 6 is out .. and I'd rather buy all the seasons together than buy the last one first.
