Question about the Sony Blu Ray Club

How do I get points for my BD? Or are there only certain BD that have the capability of getting the points?

Only the Sony BD-Live Blu-rays will give you points.

The only one I have is the new Casino Royale, I don't know of any others that will give points at the moment.

So i just checked this out , I was interested. So 100 pts per title and you need 3000+ pts to get a free blu-ray? Might take a while.

Yeah and points expire apparently.
I registered Casino Royale yesterday and it gives me an expiration date of 03/31/2009

According the Sony Rewards website you get a $10 coupon towards BR movies for every 10 BD Live movies you register. In addition, if you sign up for the Sony Card you get any 5 BR movies of your choice. I signed up about 2 weeks ago and they let you pick almost any movie in their catalog including boxsets. I ended up getting the Resident Evil Trilogy as 1 of my movies but, Damages, Rescue Me, and other boxsets count as 1 movie for those interested in checking it out.

To clarify, the 5 free movies must be Sony titles if you are a Sony BR club member and have signed up for the Sony CC. The only movie that was new that I couldn't select was Don't Mess with the Zohan but boxsets can be chosen.

can you redeem universal movies for points??? i dont see how sony would be rewarding people for movies that arent under them
