I planing to order a pre order and one that is not pre order from their site, are they shipped together or separate? How fast usually?

Depends.

When I ordered from them, I got some titles on release day and others weeks after release.

When I ordered the TrueHD/PCM version of Superman Returns on the supposed re-release date, September 9, I didn't get any indication of shipping details until the next Friday that it was backordered and I would be getting it within 30 days. I ended up getting it the next Monday, I think, within 2 weeks of ordering it.

They will ship it together. At least that's what happened when i ordered the matrix and two other movies. You should get it on the pre-ordered titles release date.

no they ship immediately when its available. ordered dark city and matrix and received dark city immediately and matrix a week later
