Default Sound bars

I know I'm probably going to catch a lot of flack for this, but try to keep the flaming to a minimum please I'm really strapped for space, and the room the tv/bluray player are in isn't set up for a full 5.1 of 7.1 setup. Are there any sound bars that will decode the HD sound on blurays and sound decent? If there are, suggestions would be great. Thanks guys!

*edit* whoops, sorry, I should have probably put this in the audio section. my bad.

LOL.

Do you have a receiver/AVR? Are you saying you couldn't even get by with some small (Bose-sized, but not Bose!) speakers?

Sorry, I was under the impression the reciever was built into these. (sorry, I'm a noob to this stuff lol). Right now I'm using a Panasonic 5.1 theater in a box (only using sub and front 3 speakers so I have very gimped sound right now), and have a optical cable going into that from the ps3. As for small speakers, part of the issue is i watch movies from bed, wich is against a wall, so i can't actually have speakers behind my head (not to mention, I can't drill into the walls). I figured a sound bar would best suit my needs for right now.

eD makes a custom surroundbar. Scroll down to see a few pics. You can contact them for an order. As for a decoder, you'll need a receiver.

Nothing beats a full-fledged surround sound system, but check out Yamaha for a Digital Sound Projector, if you must have one. Yamaha helped pioneer the technology, and their experience designing DSP fields gives them an edge.

I'm not an audiophile, but the Sony HT-CT100 might suit your needs. It's very simple, cheap, and works for small rooms. Here is info from CNET:

Also, user opinions on AVS forum (read thru because some did not like it, others did like):
