I can't find a site sell steebook blu-ray game in their original price instead in rip off price.

best place is the place of origin. For german titles I recommend www.Amazon.de and France www.Amazon.fr and for futureshop releases in Canada I recommend WWW.FUTURESHOP.CA and best buy for the USA exclusives

remember canadian dollars convert to US dollars differently. Basically 36.82 in canadian dollars is 30.65USD at todays exchange rate and so forth. Dont be fooled
