Nightmare Before Christmas - freeze up problem

I was wondering if anyone has had any problems with playback of the Nightmare Before Christmas BD disc?

Last night as we were completly enjoying the wonderful picture and sound quality of our new copy of NBC when just after Chapter 15 began(Jack has ascended into the moonlite sky with his coffin sleigh after just leaving Halloween town) when the picture froze for about 3 to 5 seconds and then started again, skipping about 10 to 15 seconds of the film. Repeated attempts to begin playback just before the incident produced the same results.
We also had the same type of freeze-then- skip material play incident ocur about in the middle of the "Haunted House" segment.
We have a Panasonic BD-10 player.

I just noticed that a firmware update was posted at

I will try that and see if this problem continues.

I have Nightmare Before Christmas and it plays fine on my BD-P1500 with no freeze ups.

I just finished the Firmware 2.5 update to our BD10 Panny player. Still the picture freezes for approxiamately 4 seconds then picks up (approx)50 seconds latter into the film (I determined this by playing the DVD). The freeze occurs at about 54 minutes 41 sec and picksups at 55:31.

I purchased the BD disc about 4 weeks ago from Amazon. I hope we can still return it!
