Default Bedroom Plasma Assistance

I am looking to upgrade my tv in my bedroom. I am looking for a plasma first, somewhere between $700-900. 1080p or 720p is not a big concern. Size would be somewhere between 32"-42".

I have found a: Panasonic Viera TH 42PZ80U 1080p Plasma for $859 on Amazon.

Let me know your thoughts on this set and any other suggestions would be very welcomed, thanks guys

from my knowledge 42" is gonna be the smallest plasma you will find, so that would be a good choice

Yes and why is that? I remember a 37" Plasma display years ago that I think was a Sony (prior to them leaving that market segment).

I have recently purchase the Panasonic TH-C42FD18 from Costco for $899. It is the same as the TH-42pz80u except for the lack of glossy finish and it has a vga port. The benefit of paying for it at costco is they offer a two year warrantee with all of their T.V.s which is included with the purchase. Panasonic still makes 37" plasmas but they are for professional use. So far, I am extremely satisfied with my tv and will write a complete review of it once I get past the break-in period and will sit down and really mess with it. Hope this helps.
