When are Smallville seasons 1 to 5 coming on Blu-Ray ? I know there is season 6 and 7 on Blu-Ray.

I dunno man, but they are day one purchases for me, and it's pissing me of that they are not out yet!

What is shameful is that Warner released season five to HD DVD and never released it on Blu-ray. At least they could give us that since the work is done.

They have to put the other seasons on Blu-Ray. The show is awesome.

But it's a WB, we know how bad their releases are, would they do it justice?

Well it doesn't help when TV serie selling number on Blu-ray are tanking, when it's a catalog release. Company have no incentive right now to make them a reality, cost is still high when you use BD50 for a Tv Serie too.

However this should change in 2009 has more and more line of BD50 are added to replicator and cost are coming down and the number of Blu-ray owner rise..

I would be happy. I strongly prefer s1-5 to 6-? much better.
