HOLY OBITUARY, BATMAN!

I can't believe it. He was my favourate superhero. I just like the way that it was only realism and no superpowers. At least he will always be in our hearts.

It didn't say Bruce Wayne was going to die, just that he might give up the whole Batman charade.

Hmm a superhero dying ? Not sure there is a precedent to this. So would it mean there won't be anymore batman movies ?

a precedent? superman died, cyclops died, spiderman's died a number of times, and so on and so forth. superhero deaths are all too common.

they picked two. both grant morrisson and neil gaimen are excellent writers. i like gaimen's work better than i do morrisson's, but they're both really good.

and Batman has died before, too. iirc, back in the early 90's he was killed by Bane...shortly after the death of Superman

I also heard before that Captain America was also killed before. Is this true or not, I'm not into comic books, any way or form.

He wasn't killed.

He had his back broken, there's a slight, but important difference.

I stopped reading comics years ago, but I still try to keep up on the news. If Dick, Tim, or Jason takes over the cowl, some people at DC need to get fired.

Now they just need to get someone to replace Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, Green Arrow, Aquaman... oh wait!
